Today we set up a just giving page. Many people I know would love to help us out, but just don’t have the time. We all lead such busy lives. So, the idea is that although we really want to see you, if you can’t make our digging and planting events, you could always help us financially.
This initiative is not government funded. Each of us in the main group have bought seeds, plug plants or other gardening equipment. We run little Facebook adverts to promote events. To move forward having some financial support would be amazing.
So, I worked out how to first do a just giving page and then set our target to £250 (not greedy, we just really want to make Mossley beautifully edible for all).

Within ONE HOUR we had raised £40!!! I was truly amazed. Then…
Gulp, gulp, GULP – I just had a little look and we have hit…..drum roll….£100. I am just astounded at the generosity of all you lovely people and certainly feel humbled and driven to make our town INCREDIBLY EDIBLY AWESOME!!
